Delivery & Shipping
- We will procure the mail and delivery service of third party vendors such as Singpost, Q-express, Lalamove and the likes for all our online delivery orders.
- Both local and international shipping is available,
- Your orders will be shipped within 3 - 7 working days (for standard local shipping) and between 5 - 14 days (for international shipping) upon confirmation of order and receipt of payment. For more urgent deliveries, please contact us directly for a customised arrangement. Specific dates of delivery or timings will require a $25 expedite fee.
- Self collection options at our Enabling village and Pathlight shop fronts are available at check out.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries but due to limitations, we may not be able to ship certain bulky items. If you have any questions, do drop us an email at myorder@theartfaculty.sg. Do note that import tax might be incurred and payable by consumers when the delivery reaches your local customs.
The Art Faculty reserves the right to cancel any order that does not qualify for flat rate overseas shipping and we will notify you accordingly.
Unsuccessful Delivery
As our delivery is outsourced to an external service provider, kindly note that we are guided by our service provider’s policy for unsuccessful delivery.
